Why Mexico?
Did you know that Mexico is full of untapped mission potential? Despite its sizeable evangelical population, Mexico currently sends only 0.01% of its Christians to the mission field (600 missionaries). If just 0.1% of Mexico were mobilized, that would surpass the missions sending efforts and expectations of almost every country over the past several decades! What will we be doing?
God willing, we’re being sent by Pioneers Australia to join the Pioneers Mexico (PIMEX) Mobilisation Base in Chihuahua (yup, like the dog), which is a city in the North of Mexico.
PIMEX works to mobilise Latin Americans by raising up, training and resourcing them to be able to follow God’s call to join him on his mission to reconcile the world to himself in Christ.

This year will mainly consist of training on the Aussie side, partnership development and preparations to move

Baby due! (did we mention we’re pregnant- surprise!)
Oct-Dec
Edgar’s Australian work visa expires so we gotta vamoos. Spend time in Kenya with family for them to meet the baby and to say our farewells
2025
This year will mainly consist of training on the Mexican side and getting accustomed to living in Mexico

Vision trip to Chihuahua to meet PIMEX team

Move to Chihuahua for 3 months training in Community
